Delivery

Packages are usually shipped within 5 business days maximum after receipt of your payment. The method used is usually are shipped registered post or forbidden, without signature. For products with a value superior to 20 euros a go with signature will be proposed. Whatever the chosen method of shipping, we will provide as soon as possible a link that allows you to track your package online.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed and a variable part based on price and weight of the products in your order. We advise you to group your items in one order to reduce your shipping costs.

Returns

Deadline for return: return accepted within 7 days of receipt of the product by the buyer.

State of product: the product must be returned in secure packaging, complete and undamaged.

Shipping and handling: the shipping and return shipping of the product are the responsibility of the buyer.

Repayment method: by check to France and Paypal for overseas within 5 working days of receipt of the returned product.
